Written Promotional Examination Services
Joiner and Associates provides Written Promotional Examinations which typically include 100 reference items. We develop the written mulitiple (four) choice format tests based on the source material provided by our clients. Our process consists of writing the test items, proofing, shipping a preview copy, if desired, and printing and shipping the test booklets. Clients are given the option of scoring services and assistance with setting the pass point (cut score) after the test has been administered.
All test items include the reference to the source and the page or section of the material from which the item was written. While item appeals and challenges are not very frequent with this type of referenced tests, our fee includes up to one day of consultation to respond to any item protests or challenges after the test has been administered.
